Adobe Washington DC Summit 2026 – Live Embroidery

What We Did?

ForAdobe’s one-day summit on February 5th, we provided an Embroidery Stitching activation at the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center in Washington, DC. Our team was responsible for customizing 600 black and white patterned tote bags, which were supplied by the client. 

The activation was strategically placed at the top of the Atrium stairs, requiring three hours for set-up beforehand. We ensured a smooth attendee experience by using a Wi-Fi-enabled system and implementing a Track-iT! Texting service. This system notified guests with the message, “Your Adobe Express designed tote is ready! The embroidery pros have finished working their magic-swing by their station to pick it up,” once their item was complete. Additionally, we collected valuable insights for Adobe through an on-site survey concerning digital content creation and associated challenges in government work.
