Overview

Personalized laser engraved aluminum luggage tags live on site at JFK air port in New York City for American Express. Travelers received personalized luggage tags in less than 10 seconds.

What We Did

American Express Centurion Lounge opened a pop-up lounge at JFK airport between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Guests received a complimentary American Express branded aluminum luggage tag branded with American Express. The POP which was open for 30 days, hosted about 1,000 guests a day.
