AppFolio & Flex FUTURE Conference 2025 – Live Garment Printing

What we did?

Digital Events partnered with Appfolio and Flex for a live customization experience at the 2025 AppFolio FUTURE Conference, held at the Marriott Marquis San Diego from October 13–15, 2025. Attendees visited the booth to design and instantly print custom t-shirts featuring artwork from both brands, creating a highly engaging, interactive moment that served as a standout attraction throughout the three-day event.

With 1,500 shirts personalized, the activation combined creativity, technology, and on-demand printing to deliver a memorable takeaway for every guest. The sleek U-shaped setup of three draped tables provided a seamless flow for participants, reflecting the innovative spirit of both AppFolio and Flex while reinforcing their shared commitment to forward-thinking digital experiences.
