Auditboard VIP Customer Reception 2025 – Live Laser Engraving

What we did?

Digital Events partnered with Auditboard for a VIP customer reception held on October 21, 2025, at the Gaylord Pacific Resort and Convention Center in Chula Vista, California. The intimate gathering brought together 100–150 of AuditBoard’s valued clients for an evening of networking and appreciation. Guests enjoyed a live laser engraving experience, customizing luggage tags, leather card holders, and passport holders with elegant, minimalist typography inspired by AuditBoard’s brand style.

With 150 premium items personalized, the activation provided a refined and interactive element to the reception, offering guests a meaningful keepsake that reflected AuditBoard’s commitment to quality and innovation. The setup seamlessly combined sophistication with personalization—creating a memorable touchpoint that elevated the overall guest experience.
