Flowserve Executive Team Event 2026 – Live Product Printing

What we did?

Digital Events partnered with Flowserve for an executive team event hosted at the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort in Arizona. The evening was designed as a premium, small-group experience where attendees could interact with a custom merchandise station while networking in a relaxed setting.

Digital Events provided on-site garment printing on trucker caps supplied by the client, giving guests the opportunity to personalize their hat using AI-generated images along with six pre-approved artwork files. Each attendee created a one-of-a-kind design, and our live printing setup allowed guests to watch their custom cap come to life in real time. The activation added a modern, tech-driven element to the event while delivering a high-quality branded takeaway.
