GoFundMe Collaborative 2025 – Live Garment Printing

What we did

Digital Events teamed up with GoFundMe for their annual nonprofit conference, Collaborative, held at Morgan MFG in Chicago on May 14–15, 2025.

As part of the Innovation Lounge experience, attendees had the opportunity to personalize a curated selection of pre-branded swag items—including t-shirts, tote bags, cross-body bags, tech pouches, and custom bag straps—using Digital Events’ on-site garment printing station. With 650 items personalized across two days, the activation added a dynamic, hands-on element to the event, blending creativity with community engagement.

From the swag display on the first floor to the live customization at the upstairs bar, the experience offered attendees a unique way to connect with the GoFundMe brand while taking home a one-of-a-kind piece of the conference.
