Hewlett Packard Coronado Springs Activation 2025 – Live Product Printing

What we did?

Digital Events partnered with HPE to deliver an exclusive onsite screen printing experience at the Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL.

Over a focused two-hour window, customers personalized canvas bags and hats featuring custom HPE and NVIDIA branding, including patches used during printing. With an open-floor setup and business casual atmosphere, the activation provided a hands-on, memorable way to connect with the brand.

This intimate event combined craftsmanship and brand storytelling without the need for digital distractions—creating a personal touchpoint that left attendees with unique, branded keepsakes and a strong impression of HPE’s commitment to quality and innovation.
