Most popular trade show giveaways are items that are personalized by laser engraving, embroidery or garment printing live on site at the activation, event, tournament or concert.

What We Did

When Linked In hosted their largest trade show of the year in Dallas, they turned to Digital Events to provide onsite live personalized embroidered bandannas. The Talent Connect event drew over 10,000 attendees over 3 days. With 6 embroidery stations online, Digital Events produced thousands of personalized bandannas.

Utilizing our automated text message notification system, each attendee received a Linked In branded text message, with a unique job number, when their bandanna was ready to be picked up. Bandannas were stored in envelopes and filed in trays to keep the inventory organized and facilitate locating the bandanna when the guest requested it.
