Live Nation Vans Warped Tour 2025 – Live Embroidery

What we did?

Digital Events partnered with Live Nation Club Wyndham for an on-site embroidery activation at Vans Warped Tour in Orlando. Hosted at Camping World Stadium, the outdoor, two-day music festival brought together fans for live performances, brand experiences, and interactive activations.

Within a 30×30 lounge space, Digital Events delivered live embroidery stitching on bandanas and bucket hats, allowing attendees to personalize their items with custom monogram lettering. With approximately 1,000 items embroidered over the weekend, the activation offered a fast-paced, high-energy experience that aligned with the festival atmosphere while giving fans a custom keepsake to take home. The experience reinforced Club Wyndham’s presence within a culturally iconic music event through hands-on personalization and thoughtful execution.
