What we did?

Digital Events partnered with Club Wyndham for an on-site embroidery activation at Vans Warped Tour in Orlando. Hosted at Camping World Stadium, the two-day outdoor music festival brought thousands of attendees together for live performances and brand experiences.

Digital Events delivered live embroidery stitching on bandanas and bucket hats within a dedicated 30×30 lounge space, allowing guests to personalize items with monogram lettering in real time. With 1,000 items customized over the weekend, the activation created a high-energy, hands-on moment that blended festival culture with personalized brand engagement—reinforcing Club Wyndham’s presence in a dynamic, fan-first environment.
