Royal Canin Trade Show Series, Multi-City – Live Embroidery

What We Did

For 3 years , Digital Events has produced personalized giveaways for Royal Canin at many of their tradeshows and conferences. Royal Canin is a major player in the industry and draws on average 5,000 attendees to its booth at each show. With demands averaging up to 2,000 requests per day, Digital Events laser engraved dog bowls at one event, and embroidered pet collars at another.

The process was very organized. Attendees would complete a survey and fill out a request on one of 12 different tablets. Those requests were submitted to our production team. Within a few minutes their personalized giveaway was ready for pickup. A branded SMS text message was sent to the attendee letting them know their gifts was ready to be picked up. The text included a unique job number to facilitate making it easy and organized for pick up.
