Sephora Store Manager Conference 2025 – Live Embroidery

What we did?

Digital Events partnered with SEPHORA for a personalized experience at the annual Store Manager Conference (SMC), held on August 4, 2025, at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Located in the Welcome Lounge, the SEPHORA Rewards Booth greeted arriving managers with refreshments, swag, and an exclusive opportunity to have silk scarves custom embroidered on-site using Calgary Medium Italic in red thread.

With 131 scarves personalized during the event, the activation added a touch of luxury and individuality to the conference kickoff. The elegant 10×10 setup aligned seamlessly with SEPHORA’s sophisticated brand aesthetic, giving attendees a meaningful, memorable memento that celebrated their leadership and the company’s commitment to beauty and personalization.
