What we did?

Digital Events partnered with Skanska for a global leadership conference in Florida, delivering a polished on-site personalization experience for executives and company leaders from around the world.

Hosted at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, attendees customized premium gifts including leather refillable notebooks, LED pen lights, and aluminum water bottles through live laser engraving. Each item was pre-branded to Skanska standards, then personalized on-site to create a thoughtful and elevated keepsake. With 515 pieces customized throughout the day, the activation combined utility, brand consistency, and memorable guest engagement.
