What We Did?

Digital Events partnered with Sourcewell for a live laser engraving activation at NIGP Forum 2026 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio. The event brought together thousands of public procurement professionals for networking, workshops, social events, and an expo featuring more than 200 exhibitors.

Digital Events delivered live laser engraving on 500 desk plates from Sourcewell’s 20×20 booth. Guests entered their name, job title, email, and selected a phrase that matched their “procurement personality,” including options like “Driven by Public Service” and “Procuring with Purpose.” Each personalized desk plate was then engraved on-site, turning a branded giveaway into a relevant, profession-specific keepsake.
