What we did

Digital Events supported BDA, Inc. at The Home Depot Store Manager Meeting at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas on March 17–18, 2025, delivering custom embroidery for a high-volume personalization experience.

As part of the Credit Services team’s activation, attendees received custom baseball jerseys, embroidered on-site with their unique four-digit store numbers on the sleeve. With 850 jerseys personalized across two days, the stitching station brought a meaningful and branded touch to the event—merging functionality with pride and team identity.

Powered by multiple embroidery machines and streamlined on-site logistics, the experience helped create a memorable moment for store managers—one they could wear with pride long after the event.
