Twilio Chelsea Football Club London 2025 – Live Embroidery

What we did?

Digital Events partnered with The Event Studio for a live embroidery activation on June 11, 2025, at Chelsea Football Club in London.

As part of a custom setup for event attendees, guests designed soccer scarves using a Google Sheets-based ordering system, with embroidery completed on-site. With 2 PRS machines and 2 Skitches, the Digital Events team personalized up to 120 scarves in real-time during a tight two-hour window, delivering a seamless, high-energy experience that brought sports culture and branded customization together in an iconic venue.

A smart, fast-paced activation that combined personalization, precision, and team spirit.
