Vasion Microsoft Ignite 2025 – Live Laser Engraving

What we did?

Digital Events partnered with Vasion for an on-site laser engraving activation at Microsoft Ignite, hosted at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. The multi-day event blended in-person and digital experiences, connecting a global audience around Microsoft’s latest innovations in AI, security, and cloud technology.

Within a 10×20 booth footprint, Digital Events delivered live laser engraving on premium giveaways, including Smooth Sip Owala tumblers and leather coasters. With 1,000 items personalized over three days, the activation balanced speed, precision, and customization—creating a polished, high-impact experience that elevated Vasion’s presence within a fast-paced conference environment.
