Verkada VerkadaOne 2025 – Live Laser Engraving

What we did?

Digital Events partnered with Verkada for their annual flagship conference, VerkadaOne 2025, held from September 22–24, 2025, at the Marriott Marquis in Chicago, IL. The three-day event brought together customers, partners, and industry leaders to explore the latest innovations in physical security and workplace technology. As part of the experience, attendees received personalized tumblers through on-site laser engraving, featuring custom text, icons, and branding elements designed to reflect Verkada’s modern, tech-driven identity.

With over 1,200 tumblers personalized throughout the conference, the activation offered guests a meaningful and interactive takeaway while reinforcing Verkada’s commitment to precision, quality, and innovation. The 10×10 setup in the Great Lakes Ballroom Foyer became a focal point of engagement, combining craftsmanship with sleek design to deliver a premium brand experience.
