What we did

Digital Events collaborated with Imagination to deliver a custom patch activation at the Visa Payments Forum 2025, held at Loews Arlington from May 20–22.

As part of Visa’s annual sales conference, attendees were invited to personalize denim pouches using five exclusive patches and puffed vinyl initials, heat-pressed live on-site. With over 1,700 items customized across three days, the experience added a creative, hands-on element to the conference’s energy, blending branding, individuality, and interactivity in one seamless moment.

An engaging, high-volume activation that gave every attendee a one-of-a-kind keepsake to carry beyond the Forum.
