Workday Gartner HR Symposium 2025 – Live Laser Engraving

What we did?

Digital Events partnered with Workday for an interactive activation at the Gartner HR Symposium/Xpo 2025, held at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, from October 27–29, 2025. The three-day conference brought together CHROs and HR executives to explore the evolving role of AI and workforce transformation. Within Workday’s custom 10×20 experiential space, attendees enjoyed on-site laser engraving of double-walled stainless steel tumblers, creating a premium, personalized keepsake during the event.

With 500 tumblers customized, the activation offered a sophisticated, hands-on experience that reflected Workday’s innovative and people-first approach. The live engraving setup served as a focal point within the Engagement Zone, drawing attendees to connect with the brand while reinforcing Workday’s commitment to precision, technology, and employee empowerment.
