Contactless customization. DE’s Live Designer utilizes 22″ touch-screen monitors to engage your customers to get creative and design an item even before purchase. Our Live Designer interface can be placed anywhere in the store, are very intuitive and customers can participate in the experience without close interaction with a team member. Select custom text, fonts, icons, emojis, pre-set designs and even add in photos from your mobile phone – all displayed in real-time before submission. An off-the-rack shirt can be transformed into a creative artistic expression of your customer’s unique personality in minutes.

With so much competition in the sportswear industry, Adidas was looking to raise the bar in consumer experience by providing an assortment of personalization options on Adidas apparel and footwear. After several in-store activations over the years, Adidas partnered with Digital Events November, 2019 to provide on-site personalization 7 days a week in 6 stores throughout NYC and LA for a full year. This service was offered in all the stores from open to close every day with multiple personalization methods so a customer could buy any Adidas item and have it personalized live on the spot (everything from shoes to shirts, sweatshirts and bags).
Increased sales in both footwear and apparel by offering complimentary personalization to all customers. Adidas additionally collaborated with several local artists and brands for ‘artist weekends’ so the brands’ followers could purchase Adidas gear and get it personalized with the local artists branding.
Track activity in real-time using our analytics dashboard. Run virtually unlimited reports filtered and sorted by dates, times, SKUs, popular items and more. Our goal is to provide all the data to supplement marketing reports and overall KPIs.

Individual unique QR codes assigned to each item makes it very easy for customers to personalize merchandise directly from their phone by simply scanning the QR code. A blank version of the item is displayed and using our Live Designer customers can add graphics, text, change fonts and even upload photos to personalize the item.
Contactless customization. Utilizing our 22″ touch-screen monitors placed anywhere at the venue or store, customers are able to fully customize the item without close interaction with a team member. Customers can select from pre-set designs, add icons, add text, drag and drop, pinch and zoom, choose fonts and change colors – all displayed in real-time before submission.
